Privacy Policy

• Account information. When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. You may also use the App as a guest, in which case your data stays on your device until you create an account.
• Content you create. Journal entries, habits and check-ins, tasks and subtasks, sleep logs, quit/anti-habit trackers, goals, interests, and the "About Me" context you choose to provide.
• Usage data. Basic, non-advertising technical information needed to operate the service (for example, timestamps and request metadata).

• To provide, sync, and back up your journal, habits, tasks, and other content.
• To generate optional AI reflections and insights from content you submit.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To respond to support requests and improve the App.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content for third-party advertising.

When you request a reflection, insight, or assistant response, the relevant content you submit is processed by a third-party AI provider solely to generate that response. It is not used to train third-party models where the provider offers an opt-out, and it is not shared for advertising.

Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed, transport is encrypted (HTTPS), and access is restricted to your authenticated account. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

• Access & edit. You can view and edit your content at any time in the App.
• Delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This is immediate and irreversible. You may also email us at support@my-space.one to request deletion.
• Export. Contact us at support@my-space.one to request a copy of your data.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
