• Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• You retain ownership of the content you create; you are responsible for it.

The App offers optional AI-generated reflections and insights. These are provided for informational and self-reflection purposes only and are not professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
